1. Yearly subscription is applicable for online viewing of MS developed by five (5) selected National Standards Committees (NSCs). The subscription period is one year (12 months) from the payment date.
2. Should a copy of MS be required in the form of hardcopy or PDF, subscribers may buy the required MS from Standards Malaysia.
3. All Malaysian Standards are copyright protected documents in accordance with Section 18A, Standards of Malaysia Act 1996 (Act 549) which stipulates that all MS are owned by the Government of Malaysia and no part of an MS can be reproduced in any form without the written permission of the Director General of Standards Malaysia.
4. No part of this MS may be reproduced or utilized otherwise in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, or posting on the
5. Subscribers are responsible to protect the content of any MS from unauthorized use.
6. Subscribers may subscribe to more than five (5) NSCs according to their needs. The payment of RM 1000 is for 5 NSCs. If more than 5 NSCs are required, then additional costs will be charged.
7. Subscribers can access their subscription using only one account only at one time. An account represents one license only. If you need to add more licenses, you must create another account for each license and subscribe using the account(s).
8. Please make sure that your selection of NSC(s) is correct before proceeding with the payment.
9. There is no refund policy after the payment has been made.
10. Three methods of payment that can be used are as follows :-
a. Online banking/FPX;
b. Credit card; or
c. Telegraphic transfer (proof of payment shall be uploaded into MySOL)
11. Standards Malaysia reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions, wherever deemed necessary.
