PACKAGING - TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS: PART 2: CLASSIFICATION: SUB-PART 7: CLASS 6 - TOXIC AND INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCES
This Malaysian Standard provides the introduction to the dangerous goods of Class 6 - Toxic and infectious substances.
NOTES.
1. Genetically modified micro-organisms and organisms which do not meet the definition of an infectious substance shall be considered for classification in Class 9 and assignment to UN 3245.
2. Toxins from plant, animal or bacterial sources which do not contain any infectious substances, or toxins that are contained in substances which are not infectious substances, shall be considered for classification in Division 6.1 and assignment to UN 3172.
