MALAYSIAN ELECTRONIC PASSPORT - PART 2: RADIO FREQUENCY POWER AND SIGNAL INTERFACE
This Malaysian Standard specifies the nature and characteristics of the fields to be provided for power and bi-directional communication between Proximity coupling device (PCD) and Malaysian Electronic Passport (MEP).
This standard shall be used in conjunction with other parts of MS 1901: Part 2:2006 series.
This standard does not specify the means of generating coupling fields, nor the means of compliance with regulations on electromagnetic radiation and human exposure to it, which can vary from country to country.
