This Malaysian Standard details the particular specifications for rubber insulated flexible cables of rated voltages up to and including 300/500 V.
The types of cables included in the standard are:
a) MS RBL 50 - Rubber insulated, braided lift cable - 300/500V;
b) MS RRL 51 - Rubber insulated, tough rubber sheathed lift cable - 300/500V; and
c) MS RCPL 52 - Rubber insulated, polychloroprene or equivalent synthetic elastomer sheathed lift cable - 300/500V
