Fresh bitter gourds (Momordica charantia L.) – Specification

This Malaysian Standard prescribes the requirements for fresh bitter gourd and mini bitter gourd (Momordica charantia L.) of the Cucurbitaceae family to be supplied fresh to consumers. Bitter gourd for processing is excluded.
NOTE. Name of produce in reference to MS 325. Fresh bitter gourd and mini bitter gourd refer to different varietal categories.
