Iron ore for the production of pig Iron - General requirements (First revision)
This Standard specifies the requirements for chemical composition of iron ore used mainly in
the production of pig iron.
This standard also specifies methods for the manual and mechanical sampling of iron ore, preparation of samples for chemical composition, moisture content, bulk density, size distribution and chemical analysis for determination of various constituents.
These methods shall be referred to the relevant Malaysian Standards as listed in Annex A
