This Malaysian Standard prescribes the method of sampling and test methods to determine the following:
a)total solids;
b)acidity (as acetic acid);
c)pH;
d)salt (as sodium chloride);
e)total nitrogen;
f)amino nitrogen;
g)relative density;
h)arsenic (As);
i)lead (Pb);
j)tin (Sn);
k)benzoic acid;
l)sulphur dioxide;
m)Howard mould count;
n)halophilic yeast count; and
o) residual ethanol content.
