This Malaysian Standard specifies the general requirements for architectural coatings, for interior and exterior applications offered in retail. It outlines the requirement for lead content.
This document applies to paints, varnishes and stains and inclusive of those supplied in single-pack, multi-pack and aerosol dispenser for architectural purposes. It applies to both solvent-borne and water-borne coatings.
