Meat frankfurters - Specification (Second revision)

This Malaysian Standard prescribes the requirements and method of sampling for meat
frankfurters made from comminuted meat, with or without meat by-products in the form of a
sausage.
NOTE. After this, wherever the word 'frankfurters' appears in this standard, it is referred to as
'frankfurters/ cocktail frankfurters' unless otherwise specified.
