This Malaysian Standard specifies the requirements for fresh spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.), locally known as Poh Choy, of the Amaranthaceae (syn. Chenopodiaceae) family to be supplied fresh to the consumer. Spinach for industrial processing are excluded.
