This Malaysian Standard specifies the particular specifications for PVC insulated flexible cables for lifts and flexible connections of rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V a.c.
The types of cables included in the standard are:
a) MS VVF 30 - Flat PVC sheathed flexible cables; and
b) MS VV 31 - Circular PVC sheathed flexible lift cables and cable for flexible connections.
