....Read more The basic list specified in this standard is intended to serve as a guide for ergonomists who are required to define population groups and apply their knowledge to the geometric design of the places where people work and live.

This list is not intended to serve as a guide for how to take anthropometric measurements, but it gives in- formation to the ergonomist and designer on the anatomical and anthropometrical bases and principles of measurement which are applied in the solution of design tasks.

This malaysian Standard may be used in conjunction with national or international regulations or agreements to assure harmony in defining population groups. In its various applications, it is anticipated that the basic list will be supplemented by specific additional measurements.

- method C — for hoses of all dimensions.

Methods A and B can also be used to check the adhesion of the lining to the reinforcement (delamination) in a length of hard-wall hose or hose assembly.

This malaysian Standard specifies a method of obtaining, for test purposes, a gross sample representative of a certain lot of pulp. This malaysian Standard applies to all kinds of pulp delivered in bales or rolls. lt is recommended for use when sampling for all kinds of testing purposes except for the determination of saleable mass, in which case other International Standards should be applied, such as ISO 801/1 or ISO 801/2. 
If, however, the pulp is to be tested for saleable mass in addition to other properties, the gross sample obtained according to the appropriate standard for sampling saleable mass may also be used for the other pulp property tests. Close
