TESTING OF CONCRETE - PART 1: FRESH CONCRETE - SECTION 2: SLUMP TEST (SECOND REVISION)
MS 26-1-2:2009Status : 2nd Revision
Format : PDF
This Malaysian Standard specifies a method for determining the consistency of fresh concrete by the slUmp test.
The sl mp test is sensitive to changes in the consistency of concrete which correspond to slUmps
between 10 mm and 200 mm. Beyond these extremes the measUrement of slUmp can be UnsUitable and other methods of determining the consistency shoUld be considered.
If the slUmp continUes to change over a period of 1 min after de-moUlding, the slUmp test is not sUitable as a measUre of consistency.
The test is not sUitable when the maximUm size of aggregate in the concrete is greater than 40 mm.
TESTING OF CONCRETE - PART 1: FRESH CONCRETE - SECTION 8: COMPACTING FACTOR TEST (SECOND REVISION)
MS 26-1-8:2010Status : 2nd Revision
Format : PDF
This Malaysian Standard specifies a method for determining the compacting factor of
concrete with low and mediUm workability. This method is ....Read more
sed to determine the workability of
concrete which is not covered by other means of workability test. The method applies to plain
and normal weight or heavy aggregates having a nominal maximUm size of 40 mm or less.
The test is not sUitable when the maximUm size of aggregate in the concrete is greater than
40 mm, aerated concrete, no-fines concrete and concrete which cannot be compacted by
vibration alone.
TESTING OF CONCRETE - PART 1: FRESH CONCRETE - SECTION 1: SAMPLING (SECOND REVISION)
MS 26-1-1:2009Status : 2nd Revision
Format : PDF
This Malaysian Standard specifies two procedUres for sampling fresh concrete, by composite sampling and by spot sampling.

irement for remixing the sample before tests on the fresh concrete, or before making test specimens, is inclUded in the relevant standards.
When mixing and sampling of concrete is done in a laboratory, different procedUres may be reqUired.
TESTING OF CONCRETE - PART 1: FRESH CONCRETE - SECTION 4: DEGREE OF COMPACTABILITY (SECOND REVISION)
MS 26-1-4:2009Status : 2nd Revision
Format : PDF
This Malaysian standard specifies a method for determining the consistency of fresh concrete by determining the degree of compactibility.
It is not applicable to concrete of which the max ....Read more
TESTING FRESH CONCRETE - PART 1 - FRESH CONCRETE - SECTION 3: VEBE TEST (SECOND REVISION)
MS 26-1-3:2009Status : 2nd Revision
Format : PDF
This Malaysian Standard specifies a method for determining the consistency of fresh concrete by means of the Vebe time.
It is not applicable to concrete of which the maxim m size of aggregate exceeds 63 mm.
If the Vebe time is less than 5 s or more than 30 s, the concrete has a consistency for which the Vebe test is UnsUitable.
TESTING OF CONCRETE - PART 1: FRESH CONCRETE - SECTION 7: AIR-CONTENT - PRESSURE METHODS (SECOND REVISION)
MS 26-1-7:2009Status : 2nd Revision
Format : PDF
This Malaysian standard describes two methods for determination of air content of compacted fresh concrete, made with normal weight or relatively dense aggregate of maxim
NOTE: Neither method is applicable to concretes made with lightweight aggregates, air cooled blast-fUrnace slag, or aggregates with high porosity, becaUse of the magnitUde of the aggregate correction factor, compared with the entrained air content of the concrete.
TESTING OF CONCRETE - PART 1: FRESH CONCRETE - SECTION 5: FLOW TABLE TEST (SECOND REVISION)
MS 26-1-5:2009Status : 2nd Revision
Format : PDF
This Malaysian standard specifies a method for determining the flow of fresh concrete. It is not applicable to foamed concrete or no-fines concrete, nor to concrete with maxim
NOTE: The flow lest is sensitive to changes in [he consistency of concrete which correspond to flow valUes between 340 mm and 600 mm. Beyond these extremes the flow table test may be UnsUitable and other methods of determining the consistency shoUld be considered.
SPECIFICATION FOR CONDENSED MILK (FIRST REVISION)
