SOYA BEAN PRODUCTS - DETERMINATION OF CRESOL RED INDEX (ISO 5514:1979, IDT)
This Malaysian Standard specifies a method for determination of the cresol red index permitting assessment of the degree to which products derived from soya beans have been cooked.  In particular, the cresol red index allows assessment of any overcooking.
