Islamic and halal terminologies – Definitions and interpretations

This Malaysian Standard defines the terms used in Islamic and halal related standards particularly that are of Arabic origin and/or to clearly illustrate the Islamic principle behind it.
This standard will allow for uniformity and consistent build-up in the body of knowledge as well as in the promotions, applications and practices of Islamic and halal standards.
