This Malaysian Standard applies to cold-reduced carbon steel sheet and strip of commercial and drawing qualities. It is suitable for applications where the surface is of prime importance.
Commercial quality sheet and strip (SPCC) is intended for general fabricating purposes where sheet is used in the flat condition or for bending, moderate forming and welding operations.
