This Malaysian Standard specifies the requirements, sampling, testing, hygiene, packaging, labelling and legal requirements for ready-to-eat meat products. It is applicable to ready-to-eat meat products from beef, lamb, mutton, and poultry with or without other food in gravy packed in can or retort pouch.
