Installation of fuel gas piping systems and appliances - Code of practice (Second revision)
This Malaysian Standard is a safety standard which applies to the installation of fuel gas piping systems, appliances, equipment, and related accessories as follows:
a) Coverage of piping systems extends from the point of delivery to the connections with each gas appliance. For other than liquefied petroleum gas systems, the point of delivery is the outlet of the service meter assembly or the outlet of the service regulator or service shutoff valve where no meter is provided. For petroleum gas systems, the point of delivery is the immediate outlet of the first flange of the tank or the outlet after the high pressure hose (pig tail).
b) Unless otherwise stated, any pressure specified in this standard is measured in gauge condition.
c) The maximum operating pressure is 860 kPa (125 psi).
