Natural rubber field latex – Part 5: Determination of volatile fatty acid number
This Malaysian Standard specifies a method for the determination of the volatile fatty acid number in natural rubber field latex. This method is not necessarily suitable for latices from natural sources other than Hevea brasiliensis, or for synthetic rubber latices, compounded latex, vulcanized latex, or artificial dispersions of rubber.
