Rubber insulated cables of rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V - Part 4: Cords and flexible cables
This part of Malaysian Standard details the particular specifications for rubber insulated flexible cables of rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V.
The types of cables included in the standard are:
a) MS RRF 40 - Ordinary rubber insulated, tough rubber sheathed cord - 300/500 V;
b) MS RSRF 41 - Ordinary rubber insulated, screened, tough rubber sheathed cord - 300/500 V;
c) MS RCPF 42 - Ordinary rubber insulated, polychloroprene or equivalent synthetic elastomer sheathed flexible cord - 300/500 V;
d) MS RHPF 43 - Ordinary rubber insulated, heavy polychloroprene or equivalent synthetic elastomer sheathed flexible cord 450/750 V;
e) MS RCPC 44 - Polychloroprene or equivalent synthetic elastomer sheathed flexible cord for decorative chains - 300/500 V (circular); and
f) MS RCPC 45 - Polychloroprene or equivalent synthetic elastomer sheathed flexible cord for decorative chains - 300/500 V (flat).
