This Malaysian Standard prescribes the commercial varieties of muskmelon, Cucumis melo Linn. of the family Cucurbitaceae, to be supplied whole and fresh to the consumer. This includes among others but not limited to rock melon, hami melon, honey dew, and cantaloupe.
