The adoption of the EN Standard as a Malaysian Standard was recommended by the Technical Committee on Metallic Pipes and Fittings under the authority of the Industry Standards Committee on Mechanical Engineering.
This Malaysian Standard is identical with EN 10210-2:2006, Hot finished structural hollow sections of non-alloy and fine grain steels - Part 2: Tolerances, dimensions and sectional properties, published by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN).
