SPECIFICATION AND TESTING FOR ISO SERIES 1 FREIGHT CONTAINERS : PART 7 : AIR MODE CONTAINERS
This Malaysian Standard Code sets out the basic requirements for the specification and testing of ISO series 1A, lB, 1C and lD air mode freight containers for general cargo, which are suitable for international exchange and for conveyance by road, rail and sea as well as air, including interchange between these forms of transport.
The marking requirements for these freight containers are to be in accordance with the principles embodied in MS 10.26 : 1976, ‘Marking of series 1 freight containers’.
To denot the container as an air-surface container which can only be stacked two high, the symbol set forth in appendix A shall be located
at the top left-hand corner of the end and side walls .
