Classification of environmental conditions - Part 3: Classification of groups of environmental parameters and their severities - Ship environment (IEC 721-3-6:1987, AMD. 1:1991 and CORR. 2:1996, IDT)
This Malaysian Standard classifies groups of environmental parameters and their severities to which a product is subjected when installed aboard a ship. Ships where products may be permanently or temporarily installed include: a) ships propelled by mechanical means, including mobile offshore unit; b) ships not propelled by mechanical means, including sailing boats and life rafts.
