This Malaysian Standard was developed by the Working Group on Methods of Test for Pulp, Paper and Board under the authority of the Chemical and Materials Industry Standards Committee.
This Malaysian Standard is identical with ISO 287 : 1985, Paper and board – Determination of moisture content – Oven drying method. It has been adopted in total under the recommendation of the Working Group in the interest of international harmonisation and trade.
