Gas cylinders - Seamless aluminium-alloy gas cylinders - Periodic inspection and testing (ISO 10461:2005, AMD. 1:2006, IDT)
The adoption of the ISO Standard as a Malaysian Standard was recommended by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers - Malaysian Industrial Gases Manufacturers SWO Committee under the authority of the Industry Standards Committee on Mechanical Engineering. Development of this standard was carried out by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers - Malaysian Industrial Gases Manufacturers Group which is the StandardsWriting Organisation (SWO) appointed by SIRIM Berhad to develop standards for the industrial and medicinal gases industry in Malaysia.
This Malaysian Standard is identical with ISO 10461:2005, Gas cylinders - Seamless aluminium-alloy gas cylinders - Periodic inspection and testing, including its Amendment 1:2006, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
