Goods vehicles – Construction of truck tanker body - Requirements
This Malaysian Standard specifies requirements for the construction of truck tanker body for transporting solid (powdery or granular) and liquid products. This standard is applicable to vehicles category N and O as classified in accordance with MS 1822. This document does not apply to truck tankers that carrying dangerous goods.
This standard is not intended to be prescriptive in nature; it provides reasonable and practicable guidance in construction of truck tanker body including mounting and safety features requirements.
