This Malaysian Standard specifies the requirements for locally produced and imported fresh
sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum var. grossum.) of green, red, yellow and orange colour.
Sweet pepper is also known locally as bell pepper, capsicum, cili bulat, cili epal and cili sayur.
