MALAYSIAN ELECTRONIC PASSPORT - PART 4: TRANSMISSION PROTOCOL
This Malaysian Standard specifies a normal Malaysian Electronic Passport (MEP) operation and half-duplex block transmission protocol featuring the special needs of a contactless environment and defines the activation and deactivation sequence of the protocol.
This standard shall be used in conjunction with other parts of MS 1901: Part 4:2006 series.
This standard does not specify the means of generating coupling fields, nor the means of compliance with regulations on electromagnetic radiation and human exposure to it, which can vary from country to country.
