This Malaysian Standard scheme for the classification of liquid desensitised explosives and flammable liquids of Class 3 (see MS 1513-2-4). The text shall be used in conjunction with the classification principles given in MS 1513-2-4 and the test methods given in Clause 4 and 5 of this standard.
