Fish inspection - Guidelines (First revision)
This Malaysian standard gives guidelines to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and processors on fish inspection for its freshness and quality for human consumption. This standard describes the requirements for inspection, defect, equipment and evaluation area, recording, training of fish inspector and legal requirement.  This standard applies to fresh, chilled and frozen finfish, crustacean, cephalopods and mollusc. It is not applicable for live fish inspection.
