VEGETABLE SHORTENING - SPECIFICATION (FIRST REVISION)
This Malaysian Standard prescribes the requirements for vegetable shortening prepared from refined and deodorised vegetable oils and fats or their blends. This standard does not cover shortenings prepared from animal or marine oils and fats or their blends, or animal or marine oils and fats or their blends with vegetable oils.
