Technical drawing for construction industry using computer aided design (CAD) - Part 3: Colour and line type
This Malaysian Standard describes the principles and formats for usage of colour and line type for construction computer-aided design (CAD) files. This standard covers a set of colour and line type standards for different disciplines that are used in CAD layers for construction projects. The identification of entities adopted is by the use of colours and line types in CAD drawings for visual checking and recognition. It enables speedy decision to be made qualitatively and quantitatively by merely looking at the colours of graphical entities on-screen.
