HEAT-TREATED STEELS, ALLOY STEELS AND FREE-CUTTING STEEL - PART 17: BALL AND ROLLER BEARING STEELS (ISO 683-17:1999, IDT)
This Malaysian Standard applies to the products, heat-treatment conditions and surface conditions. It gives the technical delivery requirements for five groups of wrought ball and roller bearing steels, namely:
a) through-hardening bearing steels;
b) case-hardening bearing steels;
c) induction-hardening bearing steels;
d) stainless bearing steels; and
e) high temperature bearing steels.
