This Malaysian Standard specifies digital recorders, including digital oscilloscopes, analogue oscilloscopes and peak voltmeters used for measurements during tests with high impulse voltages and high impulse currents. It specifies the measuring characteristics and calibrations required to meet the measuring uncertainties and procedures.
