This Malaysian Standard specification prescribes the requirements and methods of test for unsupported calendered PVC film (excluding rigid films) in the nominal thickness range of 0.10 mm to 0.24 mm inclusive. Provision is made for four standard types as follows:
Type1 - General purpose unprinted single or laminated PVC film with plain or embossed surface.
Tupe 2 - PVC film of type 1, printed.
Type 1F - Flame-retardant unprinted single or laminated PVC film with plain or embossed surface.
Type 2F - PVC film of type 1F, printed.
