Specification for portable fire extinguishers - Part 1: Construction and testing methodology (First revision)
This Malaysian Standard specifies requirements for rechargeable and non-rechargeablemetal-bodied portable fire extinguishers containing an extinguishing medium which can be expelled by the action of internal pressure. Extinguishers are classified according to the extinguishing medium they contain. The types referred to in this standard are water, foam, powder, carbon dioxide and Halon.
