This Malaysian Standard specifies the maximum release of cadmium and lead, and other requirements for ceramic tableware in contact with food of domestic and commercial grades. Ceramic tableware in contact with food covers porcelain, bone china, vitrified china, fine china, earthenware and stoneware.
