POLYETHYLENE (PE) TANKS FOR COLD WATER STORAGE – PART 2: CAPACITY MORE THAN 600 GAL (FIRST REVISION)
This Malaysian Standard specifies requirements for materials, physical properties and performance of polyethylene tank more than 600 Imperial Gallons (2 730 L ) capacity, used for cold water storage.
This standard is applicable to flat-floor, upright and cylindrical tanks.
This specification does not cover the design of tanks intended for use at pressures other than atmospheric pressure and temperatures other than those of tropical climates. This specification also does not cover the design of potable tanks.
