Transportable gas cylinders - Cylinder valves - Specification and type testing (ISO 10297:2006, IDT)
The adoption of the ISO Standard as a Malaysian Standard was recommended by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers - Malaysian Industrial Gases Manufacturers SWO Committee under the authority of the Industry Standards Committee on Mechanical Engineering. Development of this standard was carried out by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers - Malaysian Industrial Gases Manufacturers Group which is the StandardsWriting Organisation (SWO) appointed by SIRIM Berhad to develop standards for the industrial and medicinal gases industry in Malaysia.
This Malaysian Standard is identical with ISO 10297:2006, Transportable gas cylinders - Cylinder valves - Specification and type testing, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
