SPECIFICATION FOR POWER SUPPLY UNITS FOR EXTRA LOW VOLTAGE OUTPUT PART 1 : UNITS FOR INDOOR USE
This part of this standard applies to electric power supply units designed for connection to mains supplies not exceeding 25OV ac, single phase, for the purpose of providing a much-reduced voltage supply suitable for indoor use only, with single or multiple ac and/or dc output not exceeding 36V rms or 1 20V peak-to-peak of power rating not exceeding 200VA.
