SPECIFICATION FOR BLACK AND WHITE
PEPPER, GROUND
(FIRST REVISION)
1.1 This Malaysian Standard prescribes the requirements for black and white pepper,
Piper nigrum Linnaeus, in ground form including crack pepper.
1.2 In this standard, except when the context indicates otherwise, the term 'pepper' shall
refer to ground pepper, whether black or white.
