Information technology - 8-bit single-byte coded graphic character sets - Part 6: Latin/Arabic alphabet (ISO/IEC 8859-6:1999, IDT)
The adoption of the ISO/IEC Standard as a Malaysian Standard was recommended by the Technical Committee on Multilingual Information Technology under the authority of the Industry Standards Committee on Information Technology, Communications and Multimedia.
This Malaysian Standard is identical with ISO/IEC 8859-6:1999, Information technology - 8-bit single-byte coded graphic character sets - Part 6: Latin/Arabic alphabet, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
