Code of good irradiation practice - Part 3: Fresh fruits and vegetables for insect disinfestation (Second revision)
This Malaysian Standard describes the code of good irradiation practice for insect disinfestations and phytosanitary treatment for fresh fruits and vegetables. This standard is directed primarily to the treatment needed to control for regulated pests or articles certain insect pests commonly associated with various fresh fruits and vegetables.
The purpose of irradiation as referred to this standard is to accomplish appropriate and effective control of insects which infest fresh fruits and vegetables
